It’s so cute how I blog like I have time for it
Yet I wanted to capture one of those fly-on-the-wall, human moments that I would rather cut off my own hair and hang myself by it than take a nice moment for granted.
No matter what, you tend to form opinions of people. They’re usually spot-on from the get-go. And it’s always nice when someone you thought a lot of anyway does something nice for someone else when they think no one’s looking. Even if it’s as simple as opening a door for them, or asking how they are and listening for the answer, I know they think nothing of it because that’s just them. But I notice. And I adore not being noticed because it wasn’t supposed to be for my benefit.
I guess what I’m saying is that there are still good people in this world, and I appreciate when they validate what I’ve known all along. Proof positive that when you take a moment out of your busy day to be kind, it not only benefits the recipient, but also the bystander.
